Somebody know if the eToken PRO is compatible with Microsoft Base Smartcard CSP ?

Microsoft Base Smart Card Cryptographic Service Provider (Base CSP) allows smart card vendors to more easily enable their smart cards on Windows with a lightweight proprietary card module instead of a full proprietary CSP.

As of now, it is not, you have to use our RTE

We are also aware the Aladdin in past has looked at this option, and I have sent a message to the Product Development, to get a timeline if we are implementing this in future.

There might be chances that it might not be implemented all together, so whatever the answer I would post it here in coming days

For, now it is not compatible

The functionality is expected to be released in q2, 2007, with our release of RTE software 4.5
