Dear Sekar,
for the error mentioned by you, pls try following: Pls check that your DSC is properly imported in e-token. Remove the name of subscriber from Browser (Internet Explorer). go to TOOLS >> INTERNET OPTION >> CONTENTS >> CERTIFICATES >> select the name of subscriber >> remove, than refresh your system. BE assure that while following the above process of removal, you have not plug in your e-token in the system. Further to that you can also do the following: Go to start >> all programmes >> e-token >> etoken properties >> local Machine >> and uncheck the option for "copy certificate to computer store", Try this prob. you will be able to sign the MCA form. In addition to the above steps, please also check the following:
(Before doing this settings, pls make sure that e-token is not plug in in the system and there is no signature lying in the browser, or you have taken backup pfx your DSC or imported your DSC in e-token) Remove the names of DSC holder showing in PDF form, as follows:- Open any form of MCA >> go to “Document” >> “Security Settings” >> “Digital ID’s” >> “Windows Digital ID’s”>> On the write hand side you will find the name of Digital Signature Holder. Select name one by one and remove those name by clicking “Remove ID”. Refresh/restart your system. |
