I have installed PKI Client 3.65 on XP pro machines. In some machines the token is not recognized. And the PKI Client gives this error message when starting:"SmartCard Resource Manager has been stopped.
The application will be closed.
You may launch the application again after restarting the SmartCard Resource Manager." The SmartCard services are up and running. Please help

Goto Start >> Settings >>Control Panel >> Administrative Tool >> Services and start the "smartcard" services.
