i reinstalled thw RTE 3.65 & Smart trust personnel, but no help, the problem remains the same.

Check certificate is properly store in token with Certificate root Hierarchy. to check certificate in token follow these steps :-
Start >> Programme >> eToken >> etoken properties >> Advance >> certificate and keys.
