Hi,

I have received a new 64k etoken, and i wanted to login as admin which gives me an error. When i connected to windowsXP i find there is no Administrator present for 64k etoken. How do i create an administrator user for this etoken?. More over i have not received any CD along with this 64k etoken. Pleas help me in solving this issue.

Dear Cini,

You had not mention which PKI RTE you are using,hoping you had downloaded RTE 3.65. Administrator user can be created during initialization. Use below link to see video for creating administrator
