I moved to a new company bringing with me my "personal" eToken. The new PC runs Vista (in the previous company I used XP) so I installed PKIClient4.00 and wso_1_5_Vista on my new PC.
When I connect the eToken to the USB port, I get the message
"Device driver software was not successfully installed -
Please consult with your device manufacturer for assistance getting this device installed. -
USB Token Failed".
Any advice?
Thanks.

IT seams like that you are not the administrator of the machine - please make sure that you are the administrator - and if so, please uninstall the PKI Client, delete the logs from %temp% (etcoreinstall.log) - reinstall the PKI Client and send me the new logs from %temp%.
If your problem is not solved by this then you should contact the vendor through which you have purchased the eToken and give them the following case No. (271882), and they would be able to track the case we have opened for you in Israel.

You could also try PKI RTE 4.5 to solve your problem (please contact local distributor to get your copy)
